Everything You Need to Know
Holidays
Rates will increase by $5 for all major holidays. Since availability is limited, I prefer booking requests to be submitted a week in advance. This allows me to optimize scheduling and arrange to meet and greets.Â
I will accept last-minute requests that don't require a meet and greet.
Cancelations
*Same-day cancelations for walking/taxi services will not owe any fees.

*Drop-in visits canceled 24 hours in advance will owe partial payment
*Same-day cancelations will owe the full amount.

*Deposit will be held for photo session and extended stay cancelations
Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, I will take every single step necessary to ensure they get immediate attention/treatment.
I do not have insurance or cover any fees in this matter, but I will deliver them to their designated vet or animal hospital. I take this very seriously and look after them like my own in any case of events. Their health and safety are above all else.
